  • Tech startup leveraging AI to provide increased situational awareness to airport operations and support hobbyist planespotting. Currently in closed trials.

Technology Consulting Senior Manager | Accenture

London, England (Jan 2019-Present)

  • Led business transformation team for a customer care transformation. Completed analysis of contact center interactions through data analysis in Looker, call listening, and agent shadowing to understand key contact drivers. Led creation of business case and definition of cloud-based AI solution for more advanced virtual agent capabilities in AWS, worth c.£10m in benefit opportunity through digitzation of customer interactions.

  • Led data product management function for a cloud & data transformation program. Completed discovery activities across all as-is data products, defined program vision and objectives, and created a prioritised roadmap. Reduced total scope by c.50% through removal of legacy tables and prioritisation of data product inventory to reduce time to value by c.10 months.

  • Led Speech Analytics program to complete NLP-based analysis of assisted sales calls, identifying c.£17m in cost-saving opportunity through handling time reduction. Culminated in winning a £1.5m deal to implement solution to address process inefficiency.

  • Led data & insights stream for a customer pilot and new product launch, including delivery of data products which drove 4% improvement of customer journey breakage, worth estimated £6m revenue per year.

  • Led design and solution definition activities to launch a new consumer Telco product to market. Led cross-functional teams to define to-be customer journeys, solution architecture, and business requirements. Aligned 60+ stakeholders from different business and technology domains to deliver on time.

  • Led continuous improvement squad to drive adoption of a self-serve pricing tool for B2B commercial teams. Increased adoption by over 230% by implementing automated reporting and data-driven enhancements to the tool as well as addressing 150+ pieces of user feedback to improve UX.

Key lead for organization-wide ‘Women in AI’ community in the UK. Organized multiple events with regular attendance of over 50 people and represented Accenture at annual ‘Women in Data’ conference.

Sector Executive for Tech, Media & Telco | KPMG

  • Firm-wide point of contact for all client work and internal activity across the tech, media and telco industries.

  • Reported directly to Global Head of TMT, helping to carry out his agenda within the UK.
